The 75 recipes in this collection also take less than 15 minutes to cook, but the similarities end there. Preparation routinely involves opening a carton of prepared eggnog for French toast, slitting open a package of frozen broccoli with cheese sauce, shredding processed cheese, snapping off the top of canned frosting or dissolving instant pudding and whipped dessert topping mixes. The recipes cover the entire spectrum, from appetizers, snacks and breakfast and brunch dishes to main dishes and desserts. With its emphasis on processed foods, this is worse than uninspiring.
