Arrived promptly & in excellent condition. My husband and I are in love with this book! Beautifully designed, comprehensive details on recipes & methods. Lovely, often funny quotes from the famous and not-so-famous, Thoreau among them, line the borders of recipes & beautiful color photos are sprinkled by chapter. Btw, James Beard Award winner, and it’s clear why. Everyone (especially novices) should have this book in their kitchen arsenal! But it's also a great addition for a seasoned cook like myself.
