Ni Una Bomba Mas! Vieques vs. U.S. Navy

An account of the 1999-2000 civil disobedience by anti-Navy activists on the Puerto Rican island of Vieques. Activists reacted to the accidental bombing of a security guard on April 19, 1999, by occupying the Navy's firing range until they were removed by federal marshals on May 4, 2000.
