Patrick Solomon has gone full circle in life in his bid to undo anybody on his way to lifes achievements. He now settles down to enjoy his spoils of victory. He is suddenly stricken with a vicious heart attack. This unhappy event is exacerbated by the news that he needs a new heart to live.
