Shifting Shadows

Some memories cast long shadows . . . In 1944, Muriel Dykstra ruined a girlhood friendship when she stole Derek VanHousen from Sanna de Boer. Sanna fled their Iowa hometown with a broken heart; Muriel and Derek emerged from the mess with a marriage that all-too-soon carried more baggage than bliss. Now it is 1964 - a time of shifting shadows. The past looms over the present when Sanna abruptly returns to Dutchville. Will Sanna rekindle a spark in Derek who has never forgotten his first love?
