Umm, it’s too much fact telling sometimes irritates me, also the 8th chapter on exercises were damn boring!! But on the other side few in between chapters were good and also the last one. I think I’ll re-read it once more after a few years…Because I wasn’t able to consumed it well…I think book audience is personal who are in late 30s…idk!
