I have read a lot of self-help books over the years and this is the first one I felt the need to review. It has a lot of great quotes throughout the novel and it dedicates entire pages to the best ones sometimes which I really like. I did the 75 Hard Challenge and starting every day with this book always had me feeling hella motivated and ready for action. I really enjoyed this one.
