Stanley Lambchop is a boy with an invisibility problem. Lucky for him, though, he has supportive parents and a brother who is loyal. It is a funny new adventure series that will delight fans and introduce newcomers to a comic hero and his loving family. It's a good read aloud or read alone and features nice, normal kids with problems and solutions of both the ordinary and outlandish kind.
School Library JournalGr 2-3-Stanley Lambchop continues his antics begun in Flat Stanley (1964) and Stanley and the Magic Lamp (1996, both HarperCollins). This time, he disappears during an electrical storm. He takes advantage of his invisibility, helping to steady a new bike rider and avoid the jeers of older children, and helping a shy man propose to his sweetheart by saying "marry me" for him.
