The community college and an antique dealer team up to have a workshop for artists. One local man, Burt Collins, isn?t fond of the art or of having the artists in town. Called to the antique store when Collins is accused of vandalizing paintings, Sheriff Dan Rhodes finds two men restraining Collins. But before Rhodes can take him into custody, a near riot breaks out. Later that day, Rhodes finds Burt dead, his head bashed in with a bust of Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
