Timothy E. Quill MD

Timothy E. Quill, MD is an American physician, palliative care specialist, author, educator, and bioethics scholar at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He was the founding director of the URMC Palliative Care Program and is widely known for his work and advocacy on end-of-life care, including physician-assisted dying and patient-centered decision making.
