Scott D. Rozelle

Scott D. Rozelle is an American development economist and professor at Stanford University, where he serves as a researcher at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and co-director of the Rural Education Action Program (REAP). His research has focused for decades on agriculture, economics, education, poverty alleviation, and child development in mainland China.
