Montrece McNeill Ransom, JD, MPH, ACC, is a public health law expert, author, coach, and speaker known as "The Empowermenteur." She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law and her Master of Public Health from Emory University, and spent nearly 20 years at the CDC leading public health law training and workforce development initiatives. She is associated with the book "Public Health Law: Concepts and Case Studies."
