John Sanderson

John Phillip Sanderson (1818–1864) was an American soldier, lawyer, newspaper editor, author, and influential politician from Pennsylvania. He served in the Pennsylvania General Assembly and is especially known for exposing the secret political organization known as the Knights of the Golden Circle, helping bring about its decline.
