Jacob Reese Eckfeldt

Jacob Reese Eckfeldt (March 1803–August 9, 1872) was an American assayer at the United States Mint in Philadelphia. He is also known as a coauthor, with William E. Du Bois, of works on gold and silver coins and counterfeit currency.
