Henri Foly

Henri Foly appears to be a misspelling or variant of John Henry Foley (1818–1874), an Irish sculptor who worked in London. He was best known for major public monuments, including statues of Daniel O’Connell in Dublin and Prince Albert in London, and he also completed several works in India.
