Ezekiel Emanuel
Ezekiel Jonathan "Zeke" Emanuel (born 1957) is an American oncologist, bioethicist, and health policy expert. He serves as Vice Provost for Global Initiatives and the Diane v.S. Levy and Robert M. Levy University Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, and has written extensively on medical ethics and health policy.
