Dr. Carolyn Willow

Dr. Carolyn Willow is a family and public law barrister and children’s rights advocate based in Nottinghamshire, England. She is the founder of the Article 39 children’s rights charity and has held specialist children’s rights roles for more than 30 years, while also remaining a registered social worker.
