Chris Gilbert

Christopher Gilbert was an American poet and psychologist born in Birmingham, Alabama, who became known for his poetry collection *Across the Mutual Landscape*, which won the Walt Whitman Award. He worked as a psychotherapist, taught psychology and writing, and was active in the Boston and Cambridge poetry communities.
