Betsy Prioleau

Betsy Prioleau is an American author and cultural historian known for books on sexuality, seduction, and women in the Gilded Age. She earned a PhD in American literature from Duke University and taught English and world literature at Manhattan College, later serving as a scholar in residence at New York University.
