Alice Chadwick

Alice Chadwick is a British novelist and writer who grew up in a small town in Britain in the 1980s, an experience that informs her fiction. Her debut novel, Dark Like Under, is set in an English secondary school in the 1980s and explores grief, rivalry, secrets, and the emotional lives of students and teachers after a sudden death. She lives in East London and has also published non-fiction.
