Abraham Kuenen

Abraham Kuenen (1828–1891) was a Dutch Protestant theologian and biblical critic known for his influential work in Old Testament scholarship. Born in Haarlem, he served as professor at Leiden and became a notable figure in the development of modern historical-critical study of the Hebrew Bible.
