Kallista

The ancient Minoan civilisation and its religion centred in the Palace of Kunisu on Keftiu, the island we know as Crete, are under threat from raiders on land and sea but labyrinthine internal struggles for power weaken its capacity to withstand, even survive an assault. Desperate measures must be taken to counter the threat and skilled and determined men must be found to carry them out. As a forlorn hope, an expedition led by the mysterious, battle-hardened Kanesh, sets sail and after much wandering disappears into the Endless Ocean on its vital quest. But a hidden and far more horrifying threat lies smouldering beneath Kallista, modern Santorini, in wait for their return.
