Anxiety and Depression Are (Not) Always Sins

Why does the church keep hurting people who struggle with anxiety and/or depression? The church has hurt anxious and depressed Christians with the way we talk about them as sins. As a result, these Christians feel as though they'll never be able to please God because of uncontrollable anxiety or depression. What's the solution? W.R.
