This book is the outcome of two postgraduate studies under psychology and Buddhist Studies which attempts to place 'Anxiety' in its conceptual form between two counselling methodologies. These two methodologies are 'Existential Psychotherapy' and 'Buddhist Counselling'. These two forms of counselling have several factors in common as well as in contrast. The study reflects an in-depth study into each counselling methodology and how each therapy understands the concept of 'Anxiety'. After the initial study on form and context of the this psychological phenomenon, an illustrated analysis of each interpretation is given. This makes possible the use of each understanding in varied methods of counselling imparting.
