Fields of Being

We are neither the body nor the mind spiritual teachings maintain, but the consciousness that resides within. The awareness for which the body, brain and attendant faculties serve as the vehicle of transmission and which we think we know as the egoic center of our awareness. But in truth, that familiar territory is simply the outer shell of our being that responds to the surrounding environment.The deeper consciousness, our inner spiritual awareness is the eternal within us, the immortal aspect of our being which we must consciously and continually learn to cultivate, activate and expand. We must bring forth that which is already within us and for which we so desperately long. The salvation from our earthly affairs, from the cares, duties and responsibilities that drag us away from self-realization and hide the light of self-recognition.
