SimplibleGraphic Organizers: Think Better, Work EasierAbout SimplibleSimplible designs and develops graphic organizers for students, managers, executives, professionals, academics, hobbyists, etc. Our graphic organizers help you with projects, taking notes, management, strategy, organization, tasks, research, innovation, meetings, creativity, and just about anything where organizing information and ideas is important.About this WorkbookThe Table Workbook provides a template with which you can organize information and ideas onto a table. Whether you are organizing information, comparing factors, or competitive analysis, the use of a table is a tested and true method. Simply list the subjects along the top or the side, with the criteria you are analyzing and start working. VersionsThe Table Workbook is available as a regular workbook as well as a workbook with legend or notepad hybrid where the template falls on the left of the spread. The legend or notepad falls on the right side of the spread. This is useful when you want to expand on the template. For example, rather than write down a paragraph within the template for a certain element you could put a letter or code in the template and then expand upon that letter within the legend or diagram it out in the notepad. This reduces clutter and keeps templates neat while still allowing for information to be presented.Versions of this Simplible Workbook includeTableTable w. LegendTable w. On the side he lists the candidates. After each interview he fills in the table accordingly. At the end he is left with a good overview of the candidates which makes it easier to make a decision.Example of Use for ExecutivesLisa uses the workbook to learn about potential markets for new products and services. Each column of the table represents a given market and each row represents what she is examining about that market. As she conducts research, she fills in the table representing what she has learned about that market. This provides a great reference point when discussing strategy with her staff. Example of Use for Other ProfessionalsBilly uses the workbook to compare various products he can offer at his dental practice. He lists the available products along the side and the attributes along the top. As he examines and reviews each product, he lists the attributes. At the completion of this exercise he is able to make a more informed decision about what he is going to offer. Example of Use for Education and AcademicsHelen uses the workbook to develop a comprehensive lesson plan each quarter. Along the side she lists the various learning activities she wants to complete by the end of the quarter. On the top she lists the different approaches for learning those activities which are available. For example, one approach is online learning while another is classroom instruction and so on. She then brainstorms what exercises can be completed within that approach which would be the most beneficial.Example of Use for HobbyistsKevin uses the workbook to list attributes of the characters he is creating for his new novel. He lists the characters and then attributes such as age, build, wealth, etc.
